“The hotel was clean, and the housekeepers were extremely nice! That’s all. When we first arrived, our fridge did not work. We were placed on the second floor with tons of luggage and was told we had to move back down to the first floor for a room with a working fridge. There were no elevators and I’m an elder so it was very much draining! We moved all of our luggage just to get in the room and realize that the air conditioner was EXTREMELY loud. “We ariver at 11:30pm after a 6 hour drive. In the lobby had a sign that read "We are fully booked. All revervations are cancelled." We found out from someone staying there that no one had even been at the front desk in 2 days. Everything was sold out in the area and we had to drive 40 minutes away to find another room.
