“Pros: Nice and attentive staff, easy check in process, nice decor and layout in lobby and room, decent breakfast. Cons: Rooms though nice superficially are in need of upgrades. Roller shades had multiple holes and hard time staying up, wood in bathroom door chipping and areas gouged out, roller office chair has a large stain in the seat. Rooms could’ve been cleaned better with multiple fingerprints on the headboard dirty fingerprints near door handle. And what’s with the soap, shampoo and...

“This is a great spot for a quick stay. Was here to look at colleges. I would suggest getting larger bed sheets to cover the mattress. The pool and the gym area was very clean. The breakfast was ok but they can offer non pork options.”

“This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at hotel staff was not helpful. On the site it says they serve breakfast but when I got there, there’s a sign saying breakfast has been discontinued. That’s false advertising. I stayed for 2 days and staff didn’t change my linens. They didn’t even have forks when I ordered takeout. It was just a bad experience overall”

“Room still had trash under nightstand from previous guest. Stained blankets and lamp shades. But the bed was comfortable. Pool area was clean but something needs to be done about the slickness of the tiles above the entry steps. 4 kids slipped and fell getting into the pool. They were not running just merely stepping into the pool. Breakfast was good what you would expect out of a continental breakfast. “Very nice hotel, clean room, good breakfast options. Only complaint was the pool was cold and chlorine smell was overpowering, but otherwise great hotel for the price. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The HVAC units are a huge problem here. They’re mounted on plywood in each room and are terribly loud. Very difficult to sleep. You can hear them roaring in the hallways too. Many people were complaining and trying to find quieter rooms. HUGE issue if you want good sleep. ”
